Prague’s European GNSS Agency – home to the Galileo satellite – was where ARIADNA officially kicked off on 8 January 2020. The European Global Navigation Satellite Systems Agency (EGNSS) was of course the right place to kick-off a project that will look to further increase the adoption of EGNSS in urban mobility applications and services.
For the kick-off meeting, all available partners (FACTUAL, Pildo Labs, UITP, CIT UPC and Auxilia) travelled to Prague to discuss the set-up of the project, next steps, and the role of each partner. ARIADNA has gathered five partners from three EU-countries, all specialising in a different aspect of the project. The project partners were joined by Alberto Fernandez-Wyttenbach and Daniel Lopour, who will be the Project Officer on behalf of the GSA.
